Each vegetarian capsule contains:
- L-lysine HCl (free-form) 500 mg.
Other ingredients: vegetarian capsule (cellulose, water), ascorbic palmitate
1 capsule, 2 times daily, between meals, or as directed by a health professional.
At this time, there are no consistent side effects or precautions, although transient gastrointestinal upset and diarrhea have been reported.
